BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. M. Udaia Kumar, Managing Director

Mr. M. Udaia Kumar is the Founder and Managing Director of SHARE Microfin Limited. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and has been trained in development studies at Selly Oak College, University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and in microfinance from the Economics Institute Boulder, University of Colorado.

Mr. Mark Stoleson, Director

Mr. Mark Stoleson is the President of Legatum. Prior to joining Legatum, he worked as a Corporate Attorney at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, in Moscow, Russia and Dallas, Texas. Mr. Stoleson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Occidental College and a JD-LLM from Duke University School of Law.

Mr. Philip Vassiliou, Director

Mr. Philip Vassiliou is a Managing Director of Legatum. Prior to joining Legatum, he worked for the Dubai Development Investment Authority (DDIA) as well as for the Equities & Private Wealth Division of Goldman Sachs International, in both New York and London. He is a graduate of Babson College, Wellesley, MA where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Finance and Economics.

Mr. Vineet Chandra Rai, Director

Mr. Vineet Chandra Rai is the founder and CEO of Aavishkaar. He is responsible for the overall management of the funds at Aavishkaar. Prior to establishing Aavishkaar, he was the founder and the CEO of GIAN, an incubator for rural innovations and venture. At GIAN, he was responsible for identifying, evaluating, nurturing and launching grassroots innovation - based micro-level enterprise for poverty alleviation. He holds a Masters degree in Business.

Mr. Darrin Payne, Director

Mr. Darrin Payne is the Chief Financial Officer of Legatum, Previously, he headed the finance and compliance functions of GDI Property Group, and was a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Munich.Mr Payne is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and graduated from Griffith University in Brisbane with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Mr. Pradip Kumar Saha, Nominee Director

Mr. Pradip Kumar Saha is the Chief General Manager of SIDBI, Lucknow. He holds a degree in Science and has been in the banking industry for many years. Currently he heads SIDBI Foundation for Microcredit and Promotional & Developement Department.

Ms. Supritha Shetty, Nominee Director

Ms. Supritha Shetty is a Joint General Manager of ICICI Bank, Mumbai. A Chartered Accountant by profession, she has about twenty years of experience in the field of Banking and Finance across different organisations.
